Masks Optional for Guests and Employees

Our number one priority is to keep everyone “beautifully safe”. 

Please take a moment to read the full update below regarding COVID-19 and updated mask requirements while at Ethos Salon & MedSpa.

General Guidance for Guests

The health and safety of our guests, employees, and the community is our top priority. Mask wearing is optional at Ethos Aveda Salon & Medspa, in accordance with Saint Louis County Guidelines. 

At the recommendation of the CDC, anyone not vaccinated is encouraged to wear a mask. 

It is important to us that you feel safe and respected while here. If you wear a mask to your service, the service provider will also wear a mask. We will continue to follow local guidelines and will make updates as needed.

Masks will be readily available for all, plexiglass partitions are in place, and all our sanitation processes continue. We will also continue to offer our popular Aveda rituals including optional aromatherapy, mini facial, and hand massage.
  • Masks Optional - Mask wearing is optional for guests and employees, per local guidelines. It is important that you feel safe and respected while here. If you wear a mask to your service, the service provider will also wear a mask. At the recommendation of the CDC, anyone not vaccinated is encouraged to wear a mask. 
  • Illness - If you aren't feeling well, have a temperature, are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms, or have been recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please call and reschedule your appointment.

What is Ethos Aveda Salon & MedSpa doing?

Masks: Masks are optional for employees and guests per local guidelines.

Cleaning: Service areas and high-touch surfaces will continue to be sanitized.

Hand Sanitizing: Hand Sanitizing products will be available throughout the salon.

Payments: We are utilizing touchless credit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, ApplePay, and CareCredit.

Curbside Pick-up: We will continue to offer curbside retail product pick-up.  Please text your order to 314.578.1311.  Our customer care team will call you to finalize the order and take payment over the phone.
