Appointment Reminders:

Upon booking an appointment with us, we will send a text and/or email confirmation reminder approximately 3 days prior to your appointment.



A valid Debit/Credit Card is required to hold appointments. Full Service Charges may apply if appointment is cancelled within 48 hours. Please keep in mind as appointment reminders are helpful however the client is responsible to keep track of their scheduled appointments.


Chemical or Color Services:

New clients receiving any chemical or color service are required to fill out a chemical or color service contract. All minors receiving a chemical or color service are required to have a parent or legal guardian approve and fill out a chemical or color service contract allowing them to receive the chemical or color service.


Cancellations:

We would like to be able to offer our clients the opportunity to book the appointment times they desire.

 If your plans change, please call us at 314.875.9499 and allow 48 hours notice for any cancellations.

Due to difficulty of filling last minute cancellations, full service charge will apply for cancellations within 48 hours regardless if the appointment was booked within the 48 hour window.


Wait List:

We work hard to fill our canceled appointment times with clients from the waiting list.


Illness:

Please be considerate of the health of our team and service providers. If you have recently had a fever, have an active fever, or are feeling unwell, please call us to reschedule your appointment. We will work with you to re-book your appointment. 

If while in the salon you show signs of illness or fever, you might be asked to reschedule, at stylist and management discretion.
