A trained Aveda cut and hair color expert, Tiffany has continued her education through the Advanced Aveda Academy in Los Angeles and is passionate about bringing the latest techniques and inspiration to both her clients and the Ethos artistic team. Above all, Tiffany believes great hair should feel as beautiful as it looks, and she takes pride in helping every client leave her chair feeling confident and their very best.

With over 10 years of experience, Meagan brings a strong foundation in artistry, education, and personalized hair design to every client. After training at the Aveda Institute in Phoenix, she went on to become an Aveda Instructor, sharing her knowledge and passion for the craft with future stylists. Meagan specializes in precision cutting, with a particular talent for textured and razor cuts, including pixie styles and other customized shapes designed to complement each client. As an Aveda cut and hair color expert, she combines technical expertise with an artistic eye to create looks that feel modern, wearable, and uniquely suited to each client.

Coming from a family of nurses, his passion for healthcare began early and ultimately led him to earn his bachelor’s degree in nursing from Maryville University, followed by his Doctor of Nursing Practice. His background in makeup artistry for photoshoots, fashion shows, and editorial work helped shape his eye for balance, proportion, and natural beauty, a perspective he now brings to aesthetic medicine.
As President and Chief Nursing Officer, Aeron is committed to continued education, advanced techniques, and creating an exceptional standard of care for both his patients and the Ethos team. His approach to aesthetics focuses on enhancing each patient’s natural features rather than changing what makes them unique, creating thoughtful, personalized results designed to help patients look refreshed and feel confident.
