Your order will be complete when you receive a confirmation email saying your order has been "Delivered". No items will be shipped. We will email your Gift Card Confirmation number to the email address provided. To redeem the gift card, please print and bring in the email with the gift card number. Your purchase information will also be added to your Ethos Salon & Medspa customer account, under your name. Purchases are not refundable.
